The Expert Meeting on technical regulations relating to electric vehicles including measurement of net power (R85), organized by Vietnam Register (VR), will be held in Ha Noi, Vietnam on 21 November 2014.

JASIC is also scheduled to send experts on the themes who will give presentations at the meeting.

* 38th JASIC Asia Expert Meeting to Be Held in Malaysia
The Expert Meeting on Protection Against Unauthorized Use (Locking System) (UN R18), Protection Against Unauthorized Use (MotorCycle) (UN R62), Vehicle Alarm Systems (UN R97) and Protection Against Unauthorized Use (UN R116), organized by the Malaysian Road Transport Department (JPJ), will be held in Cyberjaya, Malaysia on 15 October 2014.

The Expert Meeting exclusively on electric vehicles, namely, on Measurement of Engine Power (UN R85), Protection of the Occupants in the Event of a Frontal Collision (UN R94), Protection of the Occupants in the Event of a Lateral Collision (UN R95) and Electric Power Train (UN R100), organized by Thailand’s Department of Land Transport (DLT), will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on 6 August 2014.
